The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville (HACG) invites all interested citizens to attend an In-person & Zoom public hearing to provide comments regarding the proposed changes to the Public Housing Lease.
The Public Housing Lease outlines the procedures for the administration of the lease agreement between the HACG and the resident. The HACG is proposing revisions to the following sections of the Public Housing Lease: Page 1, "Description of the Parties and Premises:" (D); Page 4, "Rent Adjustments:" (2); Page 10, "Termination of the Lease:" (2) All changes are highlighted in red.
This public hearing is a forum for the City of Greenville citizens to provide input on the changes to the HACG Public Housing Lease. In compliance with federal regulations, the Public Housing Residential Dwelling Lease is currently available for review at the offices of the HACG, 1103 Broad Street, Greenville, NC 27834, and at each Property Management Office located at 400 Mumford Road, 701 S. Skinner Street, and 301 W. Roundtree Drive. The current lease with the proposed changes is also available on the HACG's website at:
